The mission of the NeXGen Professionals Group is to create a networking space for young entrepreneurs, professionals and business owners to be among their peers in an inclusive and comfortable environment to foster great relationships, collaborative work, growth and development towards community and social responsibility, philanthropy, business, culture and more.

NeXGen will offer the members of the group the opportunity to sit on a committee and or take a leadership role as a Co-Chair to be active in the planning of projects, educational and social events interacting with the Board of Directors of the organization to provide valuable feedback to gain experience and help in the decision making processes. The Chamber values it next generation business and community leaders and owns the responsibility to them as members of the organization to provide such a platform.

This platform will provide NeXGen professionals with its strong connections, business relationships and resources needed to grow their own practices or advance as career professionals, entrepreneurs and business owners. Members can mentor and share each other’s experience or look to members from past generations for their wisdom and advice. The Chamber has an extraordinary diversified member base in most areas of expertise.

There is no additional fee to join this individual group and committee for all active Melville Chamber of Commerce Members. There is also no limit to the number of attendees your company can have at an event or meeting.
