Club Pilates and Body Fit Training (BFT)

Luckily, both Club Pilates and Body Fit Training offer 2 very different, but very effective, forms of fitness to successfully help members achieve their goals.  We are able to accommodate all types of populations, fitness levels, those with injuries and, most importantly, we retain members unlike most other studios/gyms.

Club Pilates Commack, Melville and Syosset-Woodbury are state of the art reformer Pilates studios which offer low-impact, full body workouts designed to enhance core strength. The reformer based group Pilates classes are complemented by TriggerPoint, TRX® springboard, EXO-chair and other equipment designed to build strength, mobility and stability. Our amazing instructors at Club Pilates have more training hours across more disciplines than industry standard. You'll get individual attention in a fun group setting with other people who know that on life's journey, it's best to stay flexible.

Body Fit Training in Melville (BFT Melville) is a strength training concept which relies on science and technology to help you get results.  We have built custom designed workouts to never overtrain or undertrain any muscle group.  This proven elite, high-performance group training method is tailored to deliver the best results for every stage of fitness.  With our a strong emphasis on technology, BFT has a proprietary heart rate monitoring system which allows you to workout at the most appropriate level for YOU to maximize your results.  We do not preach to “go as hard as you can, for as long as you can”… But rather design a workout tailored specifically for you and your current fitness level.  Our classes are 50 minutes and concentrate on strength, conditioning, or endurance or a hybrid of all three.  Boredom is not allowed at BFT and classes are designed to be PROGRESSIVE… meaning you increase your capabilities with every class.  We like to explain that BFT is Personal Training in a group setting.
