Position Overview
As a YAAAS TEA Bobarista, you'll be at the heart of our operation, ensuring every guest's delightful experience. You’ll craft, cook, and package our high-quality tea products, maintaining our store's cleanliness and operational organization. This role is perfect for someone who loves to engage with people and is passionate about creating delicious, high-standard beverages.
Responsibilities
Warmly greet guests, assist with navigation to order kiosks, and offer guidance on our menu.
Ensure store cleanliness and orderliness.
Gain a comprehensive knowledge of the YAAAS TEA menu to enhance guest service.
Conduct cash transactions and inform guests about our rewards program.
Follow our SOPs diligently for crafting and packaging beverages.
Restock stations for continuous drink production.
Execute additional tasks as directed by management.
Efficiently manage kitchen schedules and daily responsibilities.
Maintain kitchen and store cleanliness.
Adhere to BOH prep and recipes to uphold our quality standards.
Implement the FIFO method to maintain freshness.
Skills Required
