We’re currently seeking an experienced Café Supervisor to lead the operations and management of one of our bustling locations. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading a team towards excellence.
What You’ll Do
Drive Sales & Financial Success: Monitor performance, analyze data, and take action to meet financial goals.
Champion Customer Satisfaction: Maintain our high standards of quality, cleanliness, and professionalism to ensure customer delight.
Lead & Develop Your Team: Train, coach, and mentor baristas, fostering an environment of exceptional service and high standards in food and beverage preparation.
Manage Operations Efficiently: Oversee inventory, control expenses, and optimize profitability while ensuring staffing levels meet demand.
Cultivate a Positive Workplace: Promote collaboration, respect, and open communication among team members.
Ensure Compliance: Uphold all company policies, health and safety regulations, and food safety standards.
Who You Are
You hold a high school diploma and have at least two years of management experience in food service or retail.
A natural leader with excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to manage a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, POS software, and social media platforms.
Passionate about customer service and capable of inspiring a team.
Working Conditions
Be prepared to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and thrive in a lively environment.
Flexibility is key; your schedule will include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
